Unless stated other wise, we are only providing a cart/disc. Any products (i.e. games, accessories) purchased from our website are tested and guaranteed to work. Some products may have torn labels, marker, stickers, and/or other wear and tear. The pictures used on our product pages DO NOT represent the product that is shipped.
[Disc Only] – disc in a blank case. [Cart Only] – just a cart. [Disc in Case] – disc plus the case and cover of the game. [Complete] includes the disc/cart, case, cover, and manual.
Any service purchased from our website is backed by 30 days of warranty. Contact us here if you have any issues or questions.
All items are shipped within 1-3 business days but we try to ship the day after the order is placed. We cannot accept returns on used items based on cosmetic condition unless it affects operation of the item. If an item does not work within 15 days, you may exchange the item or get a refund. We can only offer refunds in original form of payment or store credit. Returns only for defective items.
Insurance is not mandatory but we recommend it. We use Route as an shipping insurance. Route allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost, stolen, or damaged items. By not selecting Route Insurance protection, you acknowledge that SpaceBoundGames is not liable to lost, damaged, or stolen items.
In order to apply for Route’s Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. If you apply for Route’s Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary.
If you have not received your items, even after your order has been marked “delivered”, check with your local USPS, or neighbor. If you payed for Route Insurance and have not received your items, proceed to file a claim here.
