Top Frequently Asked Questions
After an order is shipped out, you should receive a tracking number, also check your spam folder. You can view your current and past order history in the Account Dash > Orders.
You can cancel orders before they have been shipped, be aware we ship orders in 1 business day. Refund time really depends on your choice of payment. Sometime money refunds are instant, and sometime they take a few days.
If you need to change the shipping address, contact us now. We will change the shipping address if we haven’t shipped out the order. If the order has been shipped out, we will have to wait for the item to be returned.
Products
Disc Only – game disc only, no box, or manual.
Disc in Case – game disc with original cover, no manual.
Complete – game disc, manual and original cover (may not include all inserts i.e. health information inserts etc).
Cart Only – game cart only, no box, or manual.
Cart in Case – game cart with original cover, no manual.
Complete – game cart, manual and original cover (may not include all inserts i.e. health information inserts etc).
New – brand new, sealed game. This does not mean no imperfections though.
Manual – games manual only. this does not include other inserts.
Case/Box Only – cover art and/or box only, may or may not include plastic case or jewel case.
Other – special edition items i.e. bonus discs, bonus carts, soundtracks and anything extra.
You can join the waitlist on sold out products, all you need to enter is your email. If you’re a registered user, it’s as easy as just clicking “Join Waitlist”. These options should be on the sold out product page, you may need to select the “Contents” dropdown.
Products are backed by 30 day warranty. Unfortunately we cannot extend warranty on products.
We clean every product we buy. Products may have torn labels, marker, stickers, and/or other wear and tear. The pictures used on our product pages DO NOT represent the product that is shipped. If there’s products that are missing labels, we will post them in our Clearance section.
Orders

We cannot accept returns on products based on cosmetic condition unless it affects operation of the product. If product does not work within 30 days, you may exchange the item or get a refund. We can only offer refunds in original form of payment or store credit. Returns only for defective items.
Insurance is not mandatory but we recommend it. We use Route as an shipping insurance. Route allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost, stolen, or damaged items.
By not selecting Route Insurance protection, you acknowledge that SpaceBoundGames is not liable to lost, damaged, or stolen items.
In order to apply for Route’s Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. If you apply for Route’s Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary.
If you have not received your items, even after your order has been marked “delivered”, check with your local USPS, or neighbor. If you paid for Route Insurance and have not received your items, proceed to file a claim here.

Services
It really depends on the service. If a service requires extra components, it will take longer. Usually turnaround is 1-3 business days, custom mods will also take longer.
Services are backed by 60 day warranty. Unfortunately we cannot extend warranty on services.
Shipping
We ship the next business day after the order is placed and payed for. Arrival depends on your choice of shipping options at checkout.
We mostly ship USPS with tracking number provided. Sometime we will use UPS for larger items. The following USPS shipping options are available:
– First Class (2-5 Days)
– Priority Mail (1-3 Days)
– Priority Mail Express (1 Day)
